HCLTech has launched HCLTech Pulse, a dedicated business unit focused on helping fast-scaling enterprises adopt artificial intelligence, modernise technology infrastructure and accelerate growth.

HCLTech Pulse is designed for enterprises with annual revenues between $500 million and $5 billion. The unit brings together AI strategy, data, cybersecurity, platforms, engineering and business-process transformation under an integrated approach.

Focus on Scaled AI Adoption

HCLTech said Pulse is aimed at organisations that want to move beyond individual AI initiatives and build the technology foundations needed for broader AI adoption.

Its services include AI strategy and implementation with a focus on responsible AI, data and AI platforms, cloud transformation, application and enterprise-platform modernisation, cybersecurity, engineering services and managed services.

The company said the unit is designed to address the needs of enterprises that have traditionally worked with multiple specialised providers across strategy, platforms, implementation and operations.

Targeting a Growing Technology Market

According to Everest Group, the enterprise segment targeted by HCLTech Pulse represents an estimated $400 billion global technology-services opportunity and is growing at 7–9% annually as organisations move from AI experimentation towards scaled deployment.

HCLTech CEO and Managing Director C Vijayakumar said the unit combines the company’s AI, engineering, cybersecurity, data and industry capabilities to help enterprises turn AI investments into measurable business value.

HCLTech Pulse therefore extends HCLTech’s existing technology-services portfolio with a business model specifically designed for fast-scaling enterprises in the $500 million to $5 billion revenue range.
