The Indian Navy has launched ‘Machilipatnam’, the seventh of eight Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft (ASW SWC) being built by Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), marking another milestone in India’s efforts to strengthen maritime security and indigenous defence manufacturing capabilities.
